Sponsor trainee
Each trainee earns a salary for their work. Part is saved in their name. The rest is theirs to use. Sponsoring a salary gives a young person the dignity of earning and the beginning of real financial habits
Sponsor Trainee
Keep the kitchen running
Training is only possible because the kitchen operates. If the kitchen stops, trainees lose their daily rhythm, mentoring, and growth. Support for ingredients, gas, utilities, and core staffing keeps the whole training environment moving consistently

Offer internships or work placements
We're looking for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses willing to host a trainee for a structured work experience. We handle the preparation and stay in close contact throughout, so both the trainee and your team feel supported every step of the way
