Ragam Foundation’s mission is to serve as a structured, reliable bridge between those who wish to contribute and communities in need by designing and implementing diverse, community‑driven programs that deliver consistent, dignified support and foster long‑term resilience.

Experienced professionals behind every project

Nicolaas Kimman (Nick)

Founder & General Manager

Holds the big picture of Ragam’s programs and partnerships, making sure ideas become practical support on the ground.

Duhitta Hayyuardhini (Duhitta)

Co‑founder & Program Manager

Keeps our programs close to community realities, coordinating visits, follow‑up, and daily details so support is consistent and dignified.

Nurul Qomariyah (Nurul)

Recipient Community Coordinator

Listens to families in our partner communities and helps ensure every visit, meal, and activity responds to what people actually need.

I Wayan Johan (Johan)

Sous Chef

Supports daily kitchen operations and cooking, making sure meals are prepared safely, on time, and with care.

Lonisari Arzetty (Arzey)

Program Associate

Bridges programs and operations, helping with coordination, communication, and the small details that keep days running.

Nurrachmat Farhan Yusufa (Yusufa)

Program Assistant

Supports field visits, logistics, and program activities so the team can show up consistently in communities.

I Wayan Sudirawan (Wayan)

Head Chef & Kitchen Manager

Leads the kitchen that keeps everything moving, turning donations and ingredients into thousands of warm, reliable meals for our communities.

What We’re Working Toward

Together with our community and supporters, we’re strengthening the programs we already run and taking the next realistic steps to grow their impact across Bali

Water Filter Distribution

Families receive WHO‑approved household water filters so they have access to free, clean, and safe drinking water at home. This improves health and reduces long‑term water costs.

Bagi Bagi Nasi Community Kitchen

A kitchen in Kerobokan that prepares and shares daily nutritious meals to communities across Bali, while offering volunteers a meaningful way to cook, connect, and give back together.

Scholarships that help students stay in school with financial and practical support, easing the pressure of school costs on families.

Rise & Nourish Initiative

At TPA Suwung, Bali’s largest landfill, this program provides regular healthy breakfasts for children while teaching women and girls baking skills they can use to earn a more sustainable income.
